- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership experience
- An understanding of the challenges that are part of working in a boarding school.
- A bachelor’s degree in the field of education or a degree and PGDE.
- A master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Not less than 40 years of age
Remuneration
